MOTIONS 16.1 To close to the public a portion of the Council meeting to be held on October 2, 2024 to deal with various matters. (See Item 17.1 Closed Session) RESOLUTION 0203-2024 Moved By Councillor S. Dasko Seconded By Councillor J. Horneck WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended (the "Act"), requires Council to pass a resolution prior to closing part of a meeting to the public; AND WHEREAS the Act requires that the resolution states the act of the holding of the closed meeting and the general nature of the matter to be considered at the closed meeting; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that a portion of the Council meeting held on October 2, 2024 shall be closed to the public to deal with the following matters: (Pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001) 21.1 A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That the closed session verbal update regarding Lakeview be received. That a by-law be enacted to authorize the execution of a Section 49.2 Agreement between Lakeview Community Partners Limited and the Corporation of the City of Mississauga for 1082 Lakeshore road East and 800 Jim Tovey Boulevard (OZ 19-3 W1).
