WHEREAS Section 2, subsection 3 of the Council Procedure By-law 0044-2022 as amended, identifies that the Standing Committees of Council shall comprise all Members of Council and Section 2, subsection 8 requires the members to be appointed by Resolution; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Mayor Parrish and Councillor Hart be appointed to the following Standing Committees for the term of Council commencing June 24, 2024 through November 14, 2026 or until a successor is appointed: Budget Committee General Committee Planning and Development Committee YES (12) Mayor Parrish, Councillor S.
