1. That the Mississauga Official Plan be amended for a portion of the subject lands from Parkway Belt West to Residential Mid-Rise and Public Open Space, and that staff be directed to return to City Council with the appropriate implementing documents and by-laws for approval. 2. That application under File OZ 26-6 W10, Derry Britannia Developments Limited (Mattamy Homes), 6578 Ninth Line to change the zoning to OS1 (Open Space - Community Park), R16-Exception (Detached Dwellings on a CEC - Road), RM5- Exception (Street Townhouses), RM6-Exception (Townhouses on a CEC - Road), and RM11-Exception (Back To Back Townhouses on a CEC - Road), to revise 3 the boundaries of the lands associated with the previously approved rezoning application under file OZ 19-12 W10, and to make minor zone revisions to the previously approved 27 detached and 262 townhouse dwellings, be approved in accordance with the provisions contained in the staff report dated July 8, 2026 from the Commissioner of Planning and Building, and that staff be directed to return to City Council with the appropriate implementing documents and by-laws for approval. 3. That the applicant agree to satisfy all the requirements of the City and any other external agency concerned with the development. 4. That Planning and Development Committee’s approval of the rezoning application under File OZ 26-6W10, be considered null and void, and a new development application be required unless a zoning by-law is passed within 18 months

That the applications under Files OZ/OPA 21-12 W11, Harvinder Babra, 44-45 Longview Place, to amend Mississauga Official Plan to Residential Low-Rise I; and to change the zoning to RS-Exception (Residential Small Lot – Exception) and G2-Exception (Greenlands – Exception) to permit three detached homes, be approved in conformity with the provisions contained in the staff report dated July 8, 2026 from the Commissioner of Planning and Building, and that staff be directed to return to City Council with the appropriate implementing documents and by-laws for approval. 4 2. That the applicant agree to satisfy all the requirements of the City and any other external agency concerned with the development. 3. That Planning and Development Committee’s approval of the rezoning application be considered null and void, and a new development application be required unless a zoning by-law is passed within 18 months of the Council decision. 4. That the "H" holding provision is to be removed from the RS-Exception zoning applicable to the subject lands, by further amendment upon confirmation from applicable agencies and City Departments that matters as outlined in the report dated July 8, 2026, from the Commissioner of Planning and Building have been satisfactorily addressed.
